Initially they wanted to send me to Edinburgh - 0ver 100 miles round trip - then to have the car repaired by a Ford dealer - 25 miles away, rather than someone from Honda. Thoroughly fed up,I called Lloyd Honda in Carlisle explained the problem and and they arranged to come and pick up my car and give me a courtesy vehicle. The staff at Lloyd Honda could not have done more for me - right down to Donald dealing with Honda Happiness insurance arm for me. I already rated Lloyd Honda in Carlisle the best dealership I've dealt with - over 30years of motoring with everything from Minis to Volvos. Even though they are in England, and I'm in Scotland, that's where I my husband and 17 year old daughter will be going to buy vehicles and its down to their fair dealing and excellent service. If there were more than 5 stars, I'd give it! Honda Happiness - who left me far from happy - could learn a thing or two from this company. ”
